LEGAL NOTICE – AUTHORIZATION AND PROTECTION OF THE KW900 SKIN
Simuladores Unidos.

Simuladores Unidos, hereinafter referred to as “the Platform,” hereby informs all users, visitors, clients, providers, and interested third parties that the skin for the KW900 truck, published on our website, was exclusively developed by Simuladores Unidos, using as a base template provided by Jon Ruda, hereinafter referred to as “the Template Owner.”

The following is explicitly and in detail established:

1. Ownership of the KW900 Truck: The KW900 truck is the legal property of Jon Ruda, including all rights over the 3D model, branding, and any associated rights within its design universe.

2. Ownership of the Template: The template used to create the skin was provided and expressly authorized by Jon Ruda, and its use is permitted solely under the terms of the authorization granted to Simuladores Unidos, without transferring ownership of the template.

3. Ownership of the Skin: The resulting skin for the KW900 truck was developed by Simuladores Unidos, and constitutes its intellectual property, with full rights of distribution, modification, and publication. The skin may not be used for commercial purposes by third parties without the express authorization of Simuladores Unidos, nor may it be resold or redistributed outside our platform.

4. Protection of Files and Mods: All digital files associated with the skin, including the .scs file and any related mods, are protected through advanced technological security mechanisms that prevent unauthorized alteration, modification, distribution, or illegal exploitation. This technological protection ensures that the content remains intact and authentic, guaranteeing that the version distributed by the Platform is the only official and authorized version.

Legal Authorization
Simuladores Unidos declares that the use of Jon Ruda’s template and the creation of the KW900 skin have been granted with written, explicit, and irrevocable authorization from Jon Ruda, ensuring that the creation, distribution, and display of the skin on the Platform fully comply with current Chilean legislation, as well as applicable international principles of intellectual property protection for digital content.

Terms of Use for the KW900 Skin

1. The skin may be downloaded and used solely for personal and recreational purposes, provided that all intellectual property rights of Jon Ruda and Simuladores Unidos are respected.

2. Explicit Prohibitions:

   • Reproducing, copying, modifying, distributing, or selling the skin or associated mod without express authorization.

   • Using the skin for commercial or profit-driven purposes.

   • Removing any marks, logos, or references to intellectual property included in the skin or associated digital files.

3. Any infringement will be considered a serious violation of intellectual property rights and may result in immediate legal action in competent courts, including civil and criminal claims, compensation for damages, and notifications to digital service providers.

Responsibility and Disclaimer
Simuladores Unidos guarantees that all files offered on the platform are intact, authentic, and have not been altered by unauthorized third parties. Responsibility for the correct use of the skin and associated files rests solely with the end user, who must fully comply with the terms of use and current legislation. The Platform is not liable for improper use, unauthorized distribution, or infringements committed outside its direct control.

Additional Legal Protection
This legal notice constitutes a binding document and forms an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of Use of Simuladores Unidos. Any dispute arising from the use of the KW900 skin will be resolved in accordance with Chilean law, including Law No. 17,336 on Intellectual Property and other regulations related to cybercrime and digital content protection, before the competent courts of the Santiago Metropolitan Region.
